What should I expect weather wise?
You should expect a lot of sun as Greece is sunny 300 out of 365. May and June are a bit more mellow with the temperature allowing more activities during the day. You might need a light jacket after the sunset. July is the hottest month where midday is the time to relax under the shadow. During August the temperature usually drops allowing more safe time under the sun. In general, the light wind makes even the hottest day pleasant and occasionally the summer dryness might get interrupted by rain which usually doesn’t last more than half an hour.
What will I need to bring with me?
Just the essentials really. Clean work out clothes to last for the week, light clothes for the chill times, a light jacket for the evening, flip flops, a pair of trainers or hiking shoes, swimming suit, a beach towel, hat and a big smile. Also, depending where you are travelling from, you might need a plug adaptor. The electricity in Greece is on 230 V, 50 Hz and the power sockets are type F. The currency in Greece is the Euro and many local restaurants and shops do not accept debit/credit cards so make sure you have some cash with you.
Do you provide the yoga equipment?
Yes, we do provide yoga mats and props for our daily practice.
